VNCK 4.0

VNCK (Virtual NC Kernel) is a software component that mirrors the behavior of an industrial CNC control in a virtual environment. It runs the same NC programs, cycles, and tool compensation used on the real machine, enabling accurate, control-true simulation and verification before anything touches the shop floor. VNCK is commonly integrated into machine simulation and digital twin workflows, often alongside CAM systems, to validate postprocessors, setups, and process logic.

Key capabilities:

• Executes real G-code, cycles, subprograms, and macro logic with authentic control behavior
• Supports multi-axis, multi-channel kinematics with look-ahead, feedrate, and limit handling
